Refund Policy

Refund and Return Cases :

  • If products are lost before delivery.
  • In case of product defects.
  • If the product is damaged during delivery.
  • If the wrong product is delivered to the customer.
  • If the purchased product has exceeded its expiration date.

Refund/Return Procedures :

  • In all the above-mentioned cases only, products can be replaced, or "Healthy and Tasty" will issue a credit for the product value to the customer's account on the website, provided that the request for refund/return of the product is made within the specified time frame, which is 24 hours from order receipt.
  • In the event that we are unable to deliver the order to the customer, Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Cash purchases will be refunded in cash, while if using a debit/credit card, the order’s amount will be refunded to the debit/credit card, which may take 5 to 10 business days to process. In both cases, you will be responsible for delivery charges, card transaction fees, and any additional fees incurred by the shipping partner.
  • In the case of requesting a product return and refund, you must send the order number and the reason for the return via the "Healthy and Tasty" email address mentioned below. After our approval for the return, you will be asked to send the product back to us, and upon receipt of the product, the credit will be reinstated to your "Healthy and Tasty" account. We will not be responsible for any products sent for replacement or return without our confirmation.
  • In the case of a product defect, it will be verified according to the terms and conditions stated in the purchase invoice.
  • Please keep all items you wish to replace or return in their original packaging, with the inner packaging in good condition, and they must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice. We will not accept any replacement or refund without these conditions.

Exceptions of Refund/return :

  • Generally, fresh food cannot be replaced or returned after sale.
  • Regarding frozen foods and dairy products that may be subject to temperature fluctuations, we apologize for not accepting any refund or return once the customer receives them.
  • For fast-spoiling products, you can replace them if they spoil during the time of purchase, but no replacement or refund can be made after that.
  • If you paid for the order with a gift voucher or any promotional offer, the order will not be able to be returned.
  • If the product is not the same as the one sent, it will not be replaced or refunded.
  • In case of customer-induced damage to the product, it will not be replaced or refunded.
  • If any item is missing from the customer's received order, including the original product packaging, accessories, or price cards, the order will not be replaced or refunded.
