Cancel Policy

Cancellation by "Healthy and Tasty":

Please consider the following points:

• Some purchase orders may be declined or canceled at our discretion (for any reason) and without prior notice.
• Purchase orders may be canceled in certain cases, such as unavailability of the requested products, errors in product or pricing information, or other difficulties determined by the management of "Healthy and Tasty."
• We may request additional information or verification before accepting any order.
• We will contact you if all or part of the order is canceled or if there is additional information required to complete the purchase order.
• If we cancel the order after you have paid using a debit/credit card, the order’s amount will be refunded to your debit/credit card.

Customer-initiated Cancellation:

• If you wish to cancel the order, it must be done within a maximum of 30 minutes after completing the purchase order.
• If you decide to cancel the order and it has not been processed or approved by us, we will approve the cancellation request.
• In case the order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order’s amount will be applied, in addition to shipping charges.
• To cancel your order, you will need to contact our customer service team by sending an email that includes your order number. "Healthy and Tasty" has the full authority to determine whether the order should be canceled or not, and the customer agrees not to object to the decision made by "Healthy and Tasty" and accepts our decision regarding order cancellation.
